AMSON Vaccines & Pharma Plant
AMSON has a modern manufacturing plant which is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS- 18001 and ISO 450001 certified by TUV Austria.
The total area of the plant is about 210,000 sq.ft. The plant meets the requirements of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP).
The vaccine formulation and oral production blocks are equipped with HEPA filters and class 100 sterile areas. The plant is fully equipped to provide a healthy, safe and conducive working environment to personnel.
Production Area
The production area has capsule filling, liquid and dry powder injectables (pharma and vaccines) tablet and syrup formulation (liquid and dry powder) sections.
AMSON is manufacturing and processing vaccines and pharmaceuticals with a license to manufacture over 200 pharmaceutical products comprising of Antibiotics, Anti-Malalarials, Anti-Ulcers, Anxiolytics, Haematonics, Hepatoprotectants, Narcotic Analgesics, NSAIDs and Vaccines. In order to remain competitive and achieve self sufficiency, AMSON has recently enhanced its production capacity of all the production sections by installing sophisticated and automatic cGMP compliant machinery.
